30-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your SpaceFold hangers. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@spacefold.shop with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them. We don't charge restocking fees, but we do ask that you pack them carefully to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5–7 business days.
Damaged Items
If your hangers arrive broken or defective, please take a photo and email us right away. We will ship a replacement order at no cost to you. You do not need to return damaged items.
